Black&White, Mint&Chip, Sugar&Spice

Here are some cupcakes I have recently made. The Black&Whites are a play off of Hostess cakes. They are a rich devils food cake filled with fluffy marshmallow cream and topped with chocolate ganache. Everything homemade of course! If you're a fan of Mint & Chip ice cream then you will fall in love with my Mint&Chip cupcakes. My Sugar&Spice cupcakes are my perfected carrot cake recipe topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting. They are made with pureed carrots, unlike other recipes that use shredded. It makes for a especially moist cake.
